I am trying to add this form (5329) to my tax return using "Turbo Tax". Other than printing the return and adding it/mailing it snail mail, is there any way I can attach the form to my E-Filing prior to send it off to the IRS?

If you did your return properly in TT, it will generate the form itself and will be e-filed with your return.

The interview should have prompted the form if it's actually required and you don't give details to determine if you are required to file it. Without going to TT website and looking around I'd say look for the section called "other tax" or "misc tax" - that is where they would put less common tax situations.

if the efile will not accept the 5329, you don't have a choice, you will have to file manually
