Atlanta, GA 39901-0102
if you go to www.irs.gov search for publication 17, the last pages of that publication list the addresses for the area you are filing in
it will be a POB # in Atlanta, GA very likely but you need that specific POB for the money to go where it should

If you have a voucher
Internal Revenue Service
P.O. Box 105017
Atlanta, GA 30348-5017

Since you do not appear to have a voucher, mail the check to the IRS and use:
Department of the Treasury
Internal Revenue Service
Atlanta, GA 39901-0010

the -0010 extension on the zip code is to the posting area. Be sure the check is made payable to United States Treasury and that you put the SSN and 2010 form 1040 in the memo section.
