I am a proffesional cook who has been in the restaurant industry for almost 10 years. I have a degree in Culinary Arts and am very artistic, creative and hardworking. I also like counseling and helping others who are new to the industry and are adjusting to the harsh field. I am desperately seeking to get out of the industry. I want a job that fits the kind of lifestyle I want to lead.. mainly having nights, weekends and holidays off. An office job sounds great to me, but I have very little clerical experience, though I am willing and eager to learn. What are some options a chef can look into that may still be in the field, but without the odd working hours?
